4 Week May "Tumbling Tiger" Classes

GENERAL CLASSES | Level 1: Recreational gymnastics level 1 general classes are an introduction to gymnastics through event circuits. Participants will be completing 9minute gymnastics circuits as well as some foam cube pit play.  These general gymnastics keep the kids moving in the "circuit" while the coaches focus on different body positions each week.  As the class progresses, we introduce many different gymnastics skills through the circuits as well. Youtube will have videos of level 1 gymnastics performed on each of the four events.

90 MINUTE GYMNASTICS LOVERS CLASSES | Level 2 - 4: The gymnastics lovers level 2-4 class is for athletes that love working on gymnastics skills and can't get enough gymnastics.  It is modeled after a competitive gymnast's practice and every athlete is coached on their individual skill level.  Beginners may join this class as it is just for the athlete that loves gymnastics.  Participants will learn the level 2 and 3 choreographed routines while doing 15-20 minutes rotations on events.  On the last day, there will be a showcase to all spectators in the carpeted area.  Level 2 and 3 routines are able to be viewed on youtube to get an idea of the skills that are being taught. Participants are coached at their skill level.

TINY TIGERS CLASSES: Does your little one show more of an interest in gymnastics? This class is designed for the 3-5 year old that loves gymnastics and wants a little more time to work on skills.  They will be focused on building level 2 skills on each event.  Youtube videos are available for level 2 gymnastics. This will still be done in circuits, but will allow more time for skill development.

INTERMEDIATE CLASSES: If your athlete is looking for a little more time to work on some bigger gymnastics skills, this class if for them.  They will have a mix of the 9 minute circuits as well as some work on the events outside of the circuits.  This class will also work on some level 2 gymnastics skills.  You can youtube "level 2 gymnastics" and it should give you an idea. **Requirement: they must have done 1 session of tumbling tigers in the past.
